Percentage change = [ (95 - 86) / (86) * 100] .

The difference between 95 and 86 is 9.

By plugging in it to the formula we get the answer as

= [9 / 86] * 100.

The fraction 9/ 86 gives us 0.1046.

=0.1046 * 100

=10.46
